Cubesite User Guide

Cubesite helps shippers and transporters track consignments, manage freight documents, compare billed charges against contracted rates, and move freight invoices through logistics and billing approval.

This guide is written for operational users. It explains what to do in the product, when to use each screen, and how to read the output.

Product version

This guide describes the product as built on the logistics-staging-live-tracking branch. It covers both FTL (full truckload) and PTL (part truckload / docket-based) freight, live carrier tracking, email and connector intake, and invoice-level approval. See What's New for the changes since the previous edition.

  1. Start with Shipper App if you manage rate cards, upload files, watch live shipments, review dashboards, or approve invoices.
  2. Start with Transporter App if you create shipments, upload MIS files, add LR/POD/invoice documents, or submit charge sheets.
  3. Use Live Shipments to see where every docket is and whether it will make its TAT.
  4. Use Audit Case and Reconciliation Results to understand billed vs expected differences on a freight invoice.
  5. Use Analytics and Audit Co-pilot for cost, performance, and transporter comparison questions.

Documentation Style

Each workflow page follows the same structure:

  • Purpose: why the screen exists.
  • Before you start: data or permissions needed.
  • Steps: how to complete the workflow.
  • What to check: validation points before moving ahead.
  • Screenshots: placeholders until real screenshots are captured.
